Dental lab Zurich
Dental technology at Bellevue Resilab.
Resilab is the dental laboratory of Resident AG at Stadelhoferstrasse 42 in Zurich, where crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures and splints are made for all six Resident practices.
One lab for six practices
Whether you are treated in Berg or in Winterthur, your prosthetics are made in the same lab in Zurich.
One accountability
Dentist and dental technician align shape, shade and bite together. No split responsibility between practice and an external lab.
Digital workflow
Intraoral scan instead of impression material, design on screen, fabrication in-house. This reduces try-ins and shortens waiting time.
Protocol
From scan to crown.
-
01 · Scan or impression
At your practice, your teeth are scanned or an impression is taken. The scan or impression goes to Resilab.
-
02 · Design on screen
The lab first builds the restoration digitally. Shape, contact points and bite are planned on screen.
-
03 · Model and ceramics
On a model, often 3D-printed, the lab checks fit and bite. Where aesthetics require it, the ceramic is layered by hand and fired.
-
04 · Fitting at the practice
The finished work is fitted at your practice. If anything needs adjusting, it goes back to the same lab.
